Refund & Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Infyntra is operated by AHMEDMEDIAGROUP LTD. Payment processing and transaction handling are managed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription transactions. By subscribing to Infyntra, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Free Plan
Our Free plan is available at no cost. As no charges are applied to Free plan accounts, refunds are not applicable. You may downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan, or remove your account at any time without penalty. Any unused paid services will be subject to the refund terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Infyntra subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log into your account and navigate to your account settings, where you will find the option to cancel your subscription. You may also contact us at hello@ahmedmediagroup.com to request cancellation.
When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account and all associated data will remain accessible until your current billing period ends. After your billing period expires, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan (if applicable), and you will lose access to paid features.
Monthly Subscriptions
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests for monthly subscriptions are accepted only within 14 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within this 14-day window.
Refund Terms: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations occurring after the initial purchase but within the 14-day window. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain full access until the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
No Refunds After 14 Days: Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window from your initial purchase will not be considered. At this point, you may cancel your subscription, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests for annual subscriptions are accepted within 30 days of your initial purchase. To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Pro-Rata Refunds: If you request a cancellation and refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused months in your annual subscription. The refund will be calculated based on the number of months remaining in your subscription period.
No Refunds After 30 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after your initial purchase will not be accepted. However, you may still cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current annual billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@ahmedmediagroup.com with the following information:
- Your account email address associated with your Infyntra subscription
- Details of your subscription (plan type, monthly or annual)
- The date of your initial purchase or most recent subscription renewal
- A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it within 10 business days. If your request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, the refund will be processed to your original payment method through our payment processor, Paddle. Refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time (for example, from Team to Individual plan, or from a paid plan to the Free plan). When you downgrade, your access continues at your current plan tier until the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the downgrade.
After your billing period ends, your account will transition to the new downgraded plan tier. If you downgrade to the Free plan, your data will be retained for 30 days after the downgrade, allowing you time to export or backup your information if needed. After 30 days, data associated with paid features may no longer be accessible.
Service Disruptions
In the event of a significant outage, service failure, or extended disruption to Infyntra that materially impacts your ability to use the service, we may offer service credits or a partial refund at our discretion. The amount of any credit or refund will depend on the severity and duration of the disruption. We will communicate any service credits or refunds directly with affected users.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Infyntra after any policy changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
